Be. Future Ready: Beyond A Dream Youth Conference

As part of our signature, Be. Future Ready programming, we are pleased to offer our Fifth Annual Beyond A Dream Youth Conference (BADYC) for middle and high school Youth in the greater Baltimore area. Focused on providing an immersive, engaging, and empowering experience, BADYC offers Baltimore Youth opportunities to embark on their journey to Be.ing Future Ready, whatever that means for them.  The 2023 BADYC will offer 4 focus areas: STEM & Healthcare, Arts & Communications, Business & Entrepreneurship, and Social Involvement & Advocacy. Inspired by collegiate yardfests, the event will also highlight post-high school pathways, including entrepreneurship, trade and service learning, two and four-year education tracks, and more.

Through our intentional partnership with community leaders, industry experts, and young change-makers, attendees will take action on their dreams for the future through hands-on workshops and activities, TEDTalk-Inspired sessions, delicious bites, surprise entertainment, and a special sweet treat. After our afternoon together, Youth will walk away with new personal and professional connections, actionable steps to achieving their future goals, and an expanded support network who enthusiastically believes they can Be. their wildest dreams.
